Good point... it is solely bank’s failure to detect the fraud earlier, it definitely shouldn’t have taken 7 long years.

For all those who are saying, it is a scam by Cong govt, just because it happened during their rule. I say, that is purely baseless. I wouldn’t have blamed BJP even if BJP was in rule then in 2011.

The point is how the govt is protecting thsese fraudsters...

PNB detected scam on 3rd Jan,2 days after Nirav left India..

Is this not something BJP should take responsibility for?

Modi direct support chesadu Ani kaadu man. But he has to set example by punishing people so that people will get scared to do scams.

He had such one chance during all the fraud which happened during notes ban. Not a single person was punished.

Perugu baa, ppl say bjp better than cong, I feel AAP better than both.  when AAP won 67 out of 70 , no one expected they would win 67 seats. But even if Kejriwal becomes PM are not , a person's vote should go to who the person think is the best candidate. Atleast kejriwal didn't have any criminals in party like other parties and he is honest.

Original whistleblower SV Hari Prasad tells that he complained to PMO in July 2016 about massive fraud by Diamond merchant Mehul Choksi. PMO forwarded complaint to Registrar of Companies. Prasad claims ROC sent him a letter closing the case without even asking him for evidence!
