Hello boss,

What happens after the lease is complete?

I have 10 acres land which my parents converted to fish pond along with other totaling 100 acres. They are paying 35K per year per acre lease. The cost of the acre was 20 L before it was converted. I would like to k ow if I can sell the fish pond like the way we sell agricultural land, if yea does that benefit ? 
 

If after the lease, can the land be soiled to work as agricultural land again or should it live as a fish or prawn pond?
