USA born Infants more than 6 months India stay

Guys, Do we need to report any where, if a USA born child stays more than 6 months in India?

We have 1 year Entry visa.

U need to report at police station - security 

usa embassy - citizen 

and Indian embassy- alien residing so you need visiting visa for him

i didnot report though my kid stayed on OCI in india for 7 months , next time(above 5 yrs age) he goes we have to report???
