USA born Infants more than 6 months India stay

 us born kid with Indian visa staying more than 180 days .

 

kid currently in india currently and 4 months completed . Planning to leave kid  in India on 10 years valid tourist visa .  Planning to leave in india for 9 months total . emina  problem untada hyd lo in immigration while coming back to us after 9 months stay on 10 years tourist visa .  No OCI and no POI card for kid . 
 

 E point of time lo OCI apply chesthe thavaraga vastahda India lo

recently I am seeing many ppl shipping their kids so both of them can work.. Day care  ki they dont want to send its expensive.. antoti daniki malli kids enduku ... maa ofc collegue 2 kids puttagane India ki pampicnahdu 5yrs voctahak ateesukoni votchadu...

first kid for 6-12 months pamputhe- Ok .... understand as its first time for parents and sometimes they can't balance life with jobs and kids. ...slow ga day care lo veyali.. two ppl income should easily take care of day care....no question on that...

more than 1 year and then sending both kids ante...not suggestible. but ..evaru life valadhi....

time and experience will teach everything what they gain/loose.
