Okay bhayya but adi just nee personal issue ani nuvve antunnavu kadaa. Okati alochinchi cheppu, okkadi personal issue ante it's easier for them to follow up or do something about it but policy level issue ante they will have far more pressure from within their house to take a certain route. One that they probably wont' have when it comes to handling one person's personal issue, so ee case lo work ayinantha matranna vallu ade level lo policy making issue meeda work chestharu antava.

One thing here, a lobby needs to be strong when it comes to either it's 1)votebank which is what's so powerful in the case of DACAs 2)the amount of money they can spend to lobby for a particular rule(as in the case of Mestris watering down the I-140 EAD to H4 EAD). 

Unfortunately in our case, the mestris would rather spend money to lobby against the rules that might make things easier for us than the other way round. That's why each and every time, it's failing without an exception. Not questioning what you are doing, but doing the same thing over and over might not yield a different result.
