Small company fte

Last yr attended interview in small financial company..quoted high sal..they didn't offered me position..surprise gaa yesterday evening got mail r u still interested..asked about offer and salary..waiting for reply..

It's very challenging small team with 5..lot of work..current client is willing to offer fte..but in talks not yet confirmed..

Current client sal less, stable company..current client is in nj.. other company in Philadelphia..

Now it's nj vs Philadelphia..

Thinking to leave current client with good terms..and planning to take risk..hoping to see growth..current client no growth..

Any dbians with small company fte experience..? And is it worth moving to Philadelphia..

suggestions are welcome..

Ask yourself these 3 questions

1. Can they do sponsorship as per your requirements?

2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years (professional and personal) and can you achieve those goals with this company?

3. Your career when you exit the firm. It needs to be as great or even  greater than when you joined this firm.

Ok first one I have to ask..less h1 in company it seems..for now I asked I need h1 will get more clarity..

2 one they are expecting to take products owner ship, enhance and expecting to do all roles..

3 one hoping if 2 works well that will take care..
