H4 drop box went to admin processes ?

does anyone knw how much time it will take for H4 admin process ?. last week Tuesday we submitted h1 and h4 drop box document @ hyd . H1 got stamped but h4 went to admin process .... does anyone had the same issue? 

 

FYI: We did not get any email for additional documents yet but when we call center they said it went to admin processes.
