Who can file concurrently?

Concurrent filing is allowed in the following instances:

What is "concurrent filing"?

In July 2002, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) created a rule that allows "concurrent filing" of the I-140 Petition for Alien Worker and the I-485 Adjustment of Status Application (green card application). Previously, you had to wait for the I-140 to be approved first, before you could file your I-485. Now both can be filed at the same time.

H1b kuda after 9yrs we only get 1yr extensions anta mari .. nenu ippati dakaa 3yrs unlimited anukuna 140 unte .. one of my colleague who is in his 9th year told me this .. after 9yrs 1yr extensions vasthayanta adi kuda okkosari deny ayye chance undanta

Mana @mettastar uncle cheppinattu i mis-interpreted the chart the wait times maybe more than that because all EB3 candidates may include their India born children when dates become current and mostly EB3 people are eligible for 485 by porting to EB2

IDK why you keep on sayin gyou can file Consurrently..Youre not allowed to file I485 until it is current for us..
