Find another employer in the next 60 days and use the option of one time 60 day bench period, which is legitimate after last year legislation.

I have valid I-9-4 till 2020. Currently I am in status only.

waitng for the letter from USCI-S to get more info. Based on that will decide to stay with current employer or moving to prime vendor (I will get client letter if I move to Primevendor). Pls let me know if there is any other good options. Thanks!

Bro, you will get a letter from USCIS saying you have 10 days to leave and you cann't use the petition next 6 months... Maa company same happened with IBM employee and he is leaving this weekend.... Talk to lawyer asap...

no 60 days grace period if ammendment is denied... only in case of layoff then only there is 60 days... as per our immigration lawyer...
