I totally agree. Maa dad State Givt employee. Mtech from reputed university in 70s. He was OK for 10 years in his job life. Tarvata reservations and all valla everyone who started career atfer him started going forward. Govt jobs lo promotion ravali antene boledu rules, inka ee reservation gaallu andaru velli top positions lo kurchunte kinda vaadu kindane adugantipotadu. You make very less money during your career and after retirement you make decent living. Okkadu pani cheste 10 mandi dappu kodataru pakkana. Kaani andariki equal wage, cadre, and job profile. Pani chese vaadiki pichi legustadi. 

Anduke emo, edi kudaraka pote tappa govt jobs ki try cheyyaku annaru. But OC Boy gaa naaku elagoo anta scene lekunde. 
Every aspect has multiple facets. It is all about your perception. Akkadunna, Ikkadunna malli unsatisfactory gaa unte enduku inka.
