అభివృద్ధి-హోదాపోరు.. నాకు రెండు కళ్లు

రాజధాని భూముల్ని అమ్మితే లాభాలొస్తాయి

రెండు జాతీయ పార్టీలూ రాష్ట్రానికి అన్యాయం చేశాయి

టీడీఎల్పీ సమావేశానికి ముందు మీడియాతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి

జాతీయ ప్రాజెక్టు అయిన పోలవరాన్ని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్మిస్తుండటంపై పెద్ద ఎత్తున విమర్శలు వచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మాటమార్చారు. ‘‘అసలు మేము పోలవరం కడతామని అననేలేదు. జాతీయ ప్రాజెక్టు కాబట్టి దానికి కేంద్రమే కట్టాలి. కానీ.. ఢిల్లీ నుంచి పనుల నిర్వహణ సాధ్యం కాదు కనుక, అందునా అది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు వరదాయిని కాబట్టి.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమైతేనే ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధతో నిర్మించగలదని సాక్షాత్తూ నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ సూచించింది. ఆ సూచనను కేంద్రం కూడా ఆమోదించింది కాబట్టే పోలవరం నిర్మాణ బాధ్యతలను మేము తీసకున్నాం’ అని చెప్పారు.

పోలవరం తలకెత్తుకున్న తర్వాత కూడా తాను గట్టిగా పట్లు పట్టానని, తెలంగాణలోని 7 మండలాలను కలిపేదాకా సీఎంగా ప్రమాణం చెయ్యబోనని తెగేసి చెప్పానని, దాంతో కేంద్రం అప్పటికప్పుడు పార్లమెంటులో బిల్లు పెట్టి మండలాలను ఏపీకి ఇచ్చింని సీఎం గుర్తుచేశారు. ‘‘ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ 2019లోగా ప్రాజెక్టును పూర్తిచేస్తాను. ఈ విషయంలో అందరికీ క్లారిటీ ఉండాలి’’ అని ఉద్ఘాటించారు. అసెంబ్లీ బడ్జెట్‌ సమావేశాల నేపథ్యంలో చంద్రబాబు అధ్యక్షతన మంగళవారం టీడీపీ శాసనసభా పక్ష సమావేశం జరిగింది. భేటీకి ముందే సీఎం మీడియా సమావేశం నిర్వహించడం గమనార్హం.

రాజధాని భూముల అమ్మకం? : ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ నూతన రాజధాని అమరావతి కోసం రైతుల నుంచి సేకరించిన 33వేల ఎకరాల్లో కొంత భూమిని అమ్ముకోవాలనే యోచనలో టీడీపీ సర్కారు ఉన్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ‘‘ఒక్కపైసా తీసుకుకోకుండా ప్రజలు భూములిచ్చారు. ఇప్పుడా ల్యాండ్స్‌కు సంబంధించి ఎలాంటి లిటిగేషన్లులేవు. ప్రభుత్వ అవసరాలకు, రైతులకు హామీ ఇచ్చినట్లు ఫ్లాట్లు, ఇతరత్రా భూములు పోగా, ఇంకొంత మిగలుతుంది. దాన్ని మార్కెట్‌ చేసుకోగలిగితే.. లాభాలు వస్తాయి. తద్వారా మనం వనరులను పెంచుకున్నట్లవుతుంది’ అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు.

బీజేపీ మోసం చేసింది : ప్రత్యేక హోదా, విభజన చట్టంలోని ఇతర హామీల అమలు విషయంలో ఏపీని బీజేపీ మోసం చేసిందని చంద్రబాబు ఆరోపించారు. ‘‘ నాడు కాంగ్రెస్‌ రాష్ట్రాన్ని అడ్డగోలుగా విభజించింది. విభజన చట్టంలో లోపాలున్నాయి. కనీసం బీజేపీ అయినా న్యాయం చేస్తుందని నమ్మి పొత్తుపెట్టుకున్నాం. మిత్రపక్షంగా కాబట్టి వాళ్లకూ బాధ్యత ఉందనుకున్నా. కానీ మోసపోయాం. నాలుగేళ్ల తర్వాత పోరాటం చేసే పరిస్థితి వచ్చింది’’ అని సీఎం వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

హోదా పోరు-అభివృద్ధి మా రెండుకళ్లు : ఏపీ ప్రత్యేక హోదా కోసం పోరాడుతూనే, మరోవైపు రాష్ట్రాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తామని, ఇవి రెండూ తనకు రెండు కళ్లన్న చంద్రబాబు చెప్పారు. ‘‘ఢిల్లీ నుంచి ఫైట్‌ చెయ్యాలని కొందరు సూచిస్తున్నారు. నేనేమంటానంటే.. ముందు సబ్జెక్ట్‌ను ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లాలి. క్లారిటీ కల్పించాలి. రాష్ట్రానికి లేనిపోని సమస్యలు కొనితెచ్చుకోకుండా, అదే సమయంలో ప్రజల మనోభావాలను కాపాడుకుంటూ,  వారిని సంసిద్ధులను చేస్తూ, శాంతిభద్రతలు కపాడుతూ, అభివృద్ధి దిశలో పయనించాలి’’ అని చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు.

inka land migilindhi ante surprise anukovali because almost every politician irrespective of the party holding lot of lands in that area.. already politics lo unte they have more influence to hold more. Inka CBN did not finalize the gramakantalu in my area, how can he tell everything is settled?

Same with Samshabad, right? When airport announced land rates went up. But where CM lives, the land costs same before and now. Only the other side of the area increased but how does it matter? The same might have happened towards Nuzividu or Ongloe for the matter. Wherever Capital is announced prices will sky rocket. The land he took versus the land he gave is peanuts. If you give your own land you know what I am talking about
