Bro, I have tolded you many times.......1990-2008, IT was booming world wide. Outsourcing was at the highest rate possible from USA/Europe/Japan. IT industry recorded 300-400% growth sometimes. Usually it was 100% most of the years.

Thats why Bangalore was flourished...flourished to an extent that there was spill over and that spill over was the main reason why Hyderabad was developed IT wise. Its not just Hyd, even Pune, Delhi-NCR,  Chennai, Kolkata also well developed with IT related growth. You can check the stats - state wise, year wise IT growth of India , all data available on Internet, no need to believe others.

At the same time, CBN was disaster between 1994-2004,  with farmers committing suicides, all other towns degraded, NO OTHER INDUSTRY DEVELOPED during his rule.

Finally coming to State division, Bramaravathi, BJP ---- CBN is nothing and he is not related to growth story of AP or TG or India.
