1)Amendment ki USCIS fee $460....attorney fee is different based on attorney....generally $850-1000

Extension file chesthe why you need to amend? Extension lo you can mention the new client. I did the same

only amendment ite 400 sillara +lawyer fee

amendment with ext ite H1 fee 3 -5k depending on ur company size + lawyer fee

how it works.. lets say you come back to US with i94 up to sep 2018 according to the current visa... vachaka H1 approve ayithe new i94 along with 797 vasthundha ?.. then y do people say not to travel with petition pending? what are the risks?
