1) Requested client that I want to go to my home country for good and see ways if they can hire me as an offshore resource. Instantly okayed as I have been on SOW for a long time and was part/lead of many crucial  projects for the same manager. Almost there in all incremental projects and he like the way I tracked and reduced the slips or leaks in the Silo. Package kooda he offered a good one which is on the extreme for that level employee in India. Since it is due to personal reason ani cheppa kabatti initially after joining he accepted to work remote also.

2) Did the same thing to check if there are any opening for my prior client as I got the remote offer as of now. luckily there is one available and since I left on a very good note, he also said to give interview. India vallu called and ok ayyindhi. vadiki same story vesa for the reason I am planning to move. he also agreed to remote on a condition that I can be available in the US times when required or when they call.
