Consulting companies lo vendors kuda the way they talk to women is different from men forget about just Pay rate and wage gap  . Even if a woman is more capable at work many if not all can digest .Some people are just away from realities and find it very hard to accept truths .

people are paid according to what they bring to the table. Gender based wage fixing doesn't happen in the corporate world, but various other forms of discriminations do.

Personally I think nobody should be paid for work. Work should be voluntary. Everything should be free for everybody, and all work should be automated. Lazy people are better than these incompetent overpaid fcuks They are less of a negative effect on society.

lets work towards that. All these fcuking misogynist assholes will have no other way than to be nice to women in such a future, because there is no other alternative they can entice them with.
