hmm youknow you can contest and remove from your report right away..that if you have proofs, owner gadu chepithey they will remove right away..vadu chepetatu you should do the action..i never heard this type of scenarios that owners reporting to collections,,butif they do there is a way you can remve it,,ofcourse wthing the time you have to do it...
