Unlock a Free Sub You can unlock a free sub for every match by simply creating a daily game squad for that match. If you have already made subs for the current match, creating a daily game squad will give you back a sub. In case of PPS, the entry fee for a sub is refunded to your game balance. Lock-in to Lock-in While calculating how many subs you have used, we look at the difference between your current squad and your squad for the last match. And recalculate your subs each time. Therefore you can bravely save your squad early, and make last minute changes (if needed) without losing subs. View Example z Shortly after Match 3 locks: You replace V Kohli, B Stokes and M Starc with S Raina, D Warner and S Narine. V Kohli B Stokes M Starc S Raina D Warner S Narine You have thus used: 1 Free sub + 2 subs. After the Match 4 toss, you realize that D Warner is not playing, so you would rather get back B Stokes. And you also want to replace S Narine with J Bumrah. Just go ahead. D Warner S Narine B Stokes J Bumrah This should normally mean: 2 extra subs. However, according to the lock-in to lock-in sub calculation the net changes you made were: V Kohli and M Starc OUT. S Raina and J Bumrah IN. V Kohli M Starc S Raina J Bumrah In effect, you have only used 1 Free sub + 1 sub. So, you will get back a sub. Abandoned Matches If a match is declared abandoned, we will give you the option to revert to the squad you had in the previous match. If you choose to revert, get back all the subs you used since. Bonus Points 25 points for being declared the official Player of the Match. 5 points for each player in the playing XI of the winning team. Note 1. Only the players in the playing XI get points. 2. Super Over scores do not count. However, the team that wins in the Super Over gets the Victory Bonus. 3. You can change your batting and bowling stars as many times as you wish, between “Lock-in”s.
