H1 Transfer denied.. What should be start with the old employer

What should be the start with start date if H1 transfer denied? will it be on the day denied or will it be next day? Please let me know about it.

Did u start working with new employer on receipt number?

yes started working on receipt unfortunately it was FTE and H1 got denied..... My employer is willing to take me back I9 form lo ee date veyala ani thinking.... 

 

Naa deny ki reason... requirement lo degree in science, mathematics, management ani pettaru... under this any degree can be considered.... even though the candidate the Bachelors degree in computer science and masters in management information systems the required doesn't qualify for speciality occupat[ion ani decide chesaruu...

if your old employer didn't revoke your h1b petition you can go back to the previous employer. You can enter the start date after last payroll week at the current employer. Make sure don't overlap the payrolls.

Visa stamping inko two years varaku vellanu bro... so far I had all my stampings with a 221g...... Last one I had in India which took 3 months luckily my client agreed to do WFH from India..... two times vellanu stamping ki two times 221g icharu..... no risks ee saree... will wait till current president is out from presidency...
