He is also paying price for opening up on the issue, he is protecting Bancroft and Lehman careers. But the team culture is poisoned like cancer, unlike Pointing's team who were aggressive to the core, these guys are acting cheap !

Any board that ousts a successful captain with 61 average is ridiculous. He shouldn't pay price for Lehman and Bancroft mistakes
