probably yes but MIM gained a lot by pairing with TRS in local body elections of HYD and GHMC, given that they are bound to stick together with TRS unless things grow sour between them

TDP aligning with TRS in tg antey daani ardham,TRS wont give any seats to TDP in elections but they will probably reward them in nominated posts, everyone knows TDP in tg has no candidates to win or atleast contest in elections, whatever presence TDP has they have it is in city suburbs due to andhrawala population.

TRS will try to get that voter % to their side by getting TG-TDP to sleep with them in the same baed with them.

otherwise, i dont see TRS winning back seats from which the erstwhile TDP members defected to TRS.

What is tdp benefit here ??? By just giving votes to trs??? What will nakka do with nominated posts 

they will atleast demand 20 mla and 3 mp  seats where there are leaders who can spend money
