Inception of caste was really to build a better society by assigning each profession to a sect or people based on what they can do. This was the Aryan concept of society which later spread to south post aryan invasion bhayya. Vruthi ni batti pranthanni batti kulapu tags chesthey it gave good results and you know the go to person for a specific thing. Like you need a pot... you can get it from a potter. Aryans were nomads and they are not settled in a bigger scale and call it their home until they came to India as it was fertile for many.

Hindus ate meat and they were termed as raakshasas or daityas later.

We never drank tea or coffee until 19 th century. Milk was a staple later in the dwapara yuga. The benefits of cow were only implicated in yajur veda and it talks more about urine for medical purposes.
