Maa oorlo oka 0.33 acre lot sale ki undhi oka community lo, two advantages for buying it

1. Adhi manchi neighborhood lo undhi

2. I can get it constructed with any builder locally

Oka 2-3 credit unions ki call chesa loan kosam, but andharu land meedha loan ivvamu annaru. Did anyone of you bought just land? Konte loan ekkada theeskunnaru?

usually lands ki loans ivvaru if you are NRI by any chance forget it chala sodi untadi process okavela ichinaa by any chance...

Yeah true, evvadu ivvatle. Riverbank Finance LLC  veedu isthadu anta call chesa but you need to pay 35% down and down chesaka nee loan amount should be $50k and above. Nenu choose lot worth $60k so nenu 35% down chesthe loan amount $39K daggara untundhi so not eligible annadu

Yeah bhayya anni verified, my buyer agent owns a housing construction firm, thanu anni verify chesindhi. Idhi distant ga ekkado ledhu, existing neighborhood lo oka piece migilithe 3 lots chesi selling landlord. Thank you for  the advice though

Yeah current market lo maa oorlo anni kottha neighborhood lo lots anni prime price ki selling $100k minimum, so idhi koddiga better price dorukunthundhi and construction kooda manaki nachina builder tho vellochu ani ila decided. Thank you bhayya
