Yes I absolutely agree with you!!. He definitely deserves the punishment but to what extent.  I didn't ask for any escape paths. Accident ayindi.. ammayi chanipoyindi and he is DUI ani undi, nothing else. Just checking if he is the only one responsible for the whole scenario or even the other person.

Aa ammayi parents place lo nenu undi and if she did some mistake too, I would reconsider the punishment.

Also lets think in this way just for a sec,  if this guy is your family member or your bestie !!! I'm sure first thing which comes into our mind is not "HANG HIM"

It's called voluntary manslaughter. Next time, you should try to read the driver's handbook before going to take your license exam. Perhaps focus better on the part that clearly states that DUI is voluntary manslaughter since you are willfully partaking in an activity that might put you and others in harm's way. It's not like India where you can use that as a crutch, anyone with an IQ of 40 and above knows that when you are pitch drunk you won't be able to drive without entailing a risk. 

You can keep your opinions to yourself since they don't belong here, in fact I think you deserve to be deported as well since you seem to support an irresponsible criminal like the one that got caught.

As for Israel, it's not as populated, not as under developed as India is so Israelis in Israel for the most part just stay there.

HE IS THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE if he were the only one that's DUI, as it seems to be the case in this particular instance. It doesn't matter who hit him first, as long as you are DUI and the other person isn't you are automatically responsible even if the other person's fault was what caused the accident. 

Again, anyone who has read the basics of DUI and what it means in the driver's handbook would know this. Try to read before by hearting and taking the license exam next time onwards. There's a reason why that handbook is printed, it's not because they want to provide some work to the printers.
