No. Unless a person is a local resident to Karnataka. Maybe we don't have a system to verify cross state voter.

No, you have to be listed as a voter in a specific pooling booth and then you have to provide your ID to vote.

Statistics tell there are about 1 Cr telugu people settled in Karnataka and about 65 Lakhs has votes in Karnataka. Not sure if my source (youtube video) is reliable.

 

Out of 65 Lakhs, maybe 30 Lakhs people will end up voting ani anukuntunna
