h1b rfe first time in 8 yrs - help

frnd ganiki rfe padindi monna. h1 started in 2010. he's working for same client since 5yrs, EVC model. (designation - software developer). requested for 2 things in rfe:

1. job duties, timings, qualification/skills required to perform job duties, dates of services requested, work schedule, product to be developed.

2. Submit an evaluation of beneficiarie's education by a reliable education credential evaluation service.  

First point ki attorney gadu plus veedu client letters, agreements deal chestademo ani thinking. but 2nd point ki em cheyyali ani thinking? any thoughts? he has bachelors mech background. Any help is appreciated.

Attorney Chusukuntadu .. I think oka professor gadini pattukoni evaluation chepiyali .. Common RFE few of friends who has electrical backgroung got this. I don't know or aware of anyone with Mechanical Background..

He can get the Education evaluation done through WES but not sure what are the accepted sources does USCIS need. https://www.wes.org/ 

Your friend is major in some Mechanical or Civil Engineering other than computers? Not sure why they need evaluation.

Evaluation is mandatory needed but that completely does not support he has to rely on his experience too.. He has to get experience (Job duties) printed on employer's letter head from past 5 years which proves he is capable of doing that job and doing that from last 5 years
