coming back to those folks who used such methods to get GC, they have nothing to lose, worst case they can go back to state they were initially, its not the same for us, we have much bigger career at stake, calculate the opportunity cost of not being in US for 20 yrs (20 * 30K savings minimum comes to half a million plus pension eligibility)

andhuke GC is based on where you are born ani chesaru bro. Indian's ki no matter which route you choose, I mean ee categories aithe we will never get. Marriage based i don't comment but anything else is not even close to reality. EB5 also going to go away. Feb lo ne it should have axed. But it got postponed.
