Iowa ? Usually I don’t get pollen but I got when I was in Iowa .

I have pollen allergies since 2012.

Before going to bed use 1 Capsule a Day.  "Zyrtec® 24 Hour Allergy Relief Tablet- Cetirizine HCL/Antihistamine" . Used to contorl allergies.

For itchy eyes: Use "Zaditor" Eye Itch Relief Antihistamine Eye Drops. Twice day (morning and night)

For Nasal Congestion: Flonase® Allergy Relief Spray - Fluticasone Propionate

Lot of them suggested to use local honey to avoid allergies.

no i dont want to use nasal sprays

eye drops enough, and most of the times i have trained myself not to go out without glasses

one connection where i feel is consumption of cheese..

i think US vachaka oka 5 yrs varaku cheese body lo alavataite. immunity dobbinchestadi wrt these allergies.

-my view scientifically there might be no connection though..

pollen valla vache troath infection ki honey help chestadi.

not only eyes, in case ground lo ekkuva matladtunte..pollen will cause troath infection as well..

Try Flonase... worked for me. Used to take Claritin but Flonase best

I have pollen allergy too. New to Atlanta so very horrible. I’m using allergy medicine 24 hrs relief cvs brand but by evening naku full sneezes, runny nose, eyes aite very itchy I feel to take my eyes out and scratch. Some one said to use local honey
