runny nose, cold dont always link to pollen... 

There are many factors...ex  immunity low, food alergy ala.. for ex naaaaku mango pickle thinte cold vasthundhi for  1 day straight....so pollen ani anukovadam thappu.. better watch your diet and see what is triggering it.
