I am not new to US. Almost 10 years ayyindi. Same symptoms ante intha severe ga raaledhu. For me major problem is itchy eyes since 3 days. I tried Zatidor yesterday and that gave me some relief.

Did you get any additional stress over the last 1 year? like considerable stress

Is that related? Physical ga yes gone through a surgery.

I think it is related. When you encounter stress, your anti immune system can go wrong and people (including me) experience things like this . I used to be okay and then one year, I had a lot of stress in job the next year I have allergies so wanted to know if there is any correlation. 

 

Anyways, I heard chewing "Local" honeycomb (about the size of Square inch per day) for about 14 days or more can help. I tried it and I felt some relief but could not sustain the relief for the entire day

Eating onions, apples alleviated the symptoms of allergy for me.

itchy eyes ki manchi solution-coconut oil raayi eyes chuttu...itching taggudi..did the same thing and worked for me..
