Dost in 40s invested in buying college kind of property in nanakramgooda Hyderabad bought for 1cr think 4 or 5 years back.. and converted into a guest house 4 laksh per month he is getting rent ..someone managing it right now..he takes 1.5 laksh for managing all..so he still get 2.5 lakh per month..he is planning retire in another 5 years and take over the guest home to reduce that managing expenses..atleast expecting 3 to 4 laksh per month..

 

I am also looking for to do something like that..
