Historically kammas are middle class people. Milk sell chesevaaru anta mostly . Brahmin and vysya and reddy are rich during independence . Kammas started gaining upper hand after ntr came to the politics .

kammollu are equivalent to chowdary in the north... chowdary annadhi telugu word kadu, it came from north. Chowdaries ante british valla dhaggara unde translators and they helped them to collect taxes from common public and controlled some lands or something like that... south lo kammas did the same for british and thats what their profession was... slowly they gained control over the land over the history and became rich... over the time period with the lands they had they started agriculture....

It is true bro . Every state has one caste like this like patel in gujarat, jaat in haryana, thevar/vanniyar in TN.the domination of these so called upper caste are due to inherited qualities from the society during British. Soon I hope a day will come in Andhra to end monopoly of two casts on power resources and wealth .
