em maatladthunnav babu? CM has executive powers in the state, including in your ward. national party doesn't. It has to win elections in the state to get those powers. What executive powers does MLA have, cheppu?

The guy who runs a particular factory calls the shots in that factory, and even supersedes the CEO, in that jurisdiction.

ofcourse that model has not caught on, for a number of reasons. mainly because its very hard to bribe politicians and underpay workers with that model. But production wise it is as efficient or even more than a corporation with a top down structure where CEO is the ultimate ruler.
