I sent an ATT offically unlocked 4G phone to India.

Parents are not able to use Mobile internet (wifi working) 

Any inputs on why? Did anyone face this ?

 

FYI we checked using Airtel 4g and BSNL 4G SIMs

you may need to install APN settings..

Settings lo edho set cheyyali bhayya. Google cheyyi or ask them to go to company office. They will help
