extension beyond 6years h1b

question for you guys.. if my employer starts my gc before end of 5th year and prem is approved by the end of 6th year.

based on this i can get a 1yr extensions right? And in the 7th year if my i-140 is approved then can i get 3 yr extensions form then??

if labor approved .. you get 1yr extension but i140 if approved u get for 3yrs .. yes in ur case in the 7th year +3yrs ext ..

Thanks!!7th yr lo i-140 approve iythe 3 years cheskovacha.. online lo only 1yr increment if i-140 is not approved by the end of 6th year ani read. So doubt vachi adugutunna..

thats the max USCIS can give , they dont owe you that by default
