దిల్లీ: కర్ణాటకలో రాజకీయ నాటకానికి రేపటితో తెరపడనుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా యడ్యూరప్ప ప్రమాణస్వీకారాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ కాంగ్రెస్‌-జేడీఎస్‌ వేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై సుప్రీంకోర్టులో శుక్రవారం విచారించింది. ఈ వ్యవహారం ఓ కొలిక్కి రావాలంటే రేపే బలపరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. భద్రతా కారణాల రీత్యా ఎమ్మెల్యేలు హాజరుకాని పక్షంలో డీజీపీకి తాము ఆదేశాలిస్తామని పేర్కొంది. శాసనసభలో ఎవరు బలాన్ని నిరూపించుకుంటే వారే ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవచ్చని స్పష్టం చేసింది.

కాంగ్రెస్‌, జేడీఎస్‌ పిటిషన్‌పై ఈ ఉదయం 10.30గంటలకు విచారణ ప్రారంభించిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు.. ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని కోరుతూ యడ్యూరప్ప గవర్నర్‌ను కోరిన లేఖలను సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించింది. దీంతో భాజపా తరఫున వాదిస్తున్న ముకుల్‌ రోహత్గి ఆ లేఖలను కోర్టుకు అందించారు. ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి అవసరమైన మెజార్టీ తమకు ఉందని, బలపరీక్షలో దీన్ని నిరూపించుకునేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని రోహత్గి తెలిపారు. కాంగ్రెస్-జేడీఎస్‌కు చెందిన ఎమ్మెల్యేల నుంచి తమకు మద్దతు వస్తుందని, ఇంతకంటే ఏం చెప్పలేమన్నారు.

కాగా.. గవర్నర్‌ నిర్ణయంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఒకింత ఆశ్చర్యం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఈ వ్యవహారం తేలాలంటే రేపే బలపరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించింది. కోర్టు నిర్ణయానికి కాంగ్రెస్‌-జేడీఎస్‌ సైతం అంగీకరించాయి. ‘ గవర్నర్‌ ఎవర్ని పిలిచారు అన్నదాన్ని పక్కనబెడితే బలపరీక్షే దీనికి పరిష్కారం. శాసనసభలోనే బలాబలాలు తేలాలి. బలపరీక్ష రేపే నిర్వహించాలి’ అని న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశించింది.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏజీ రోహత్గి స్పందిస్తూ.. బలపరీక్ష తమకు కొంత సమయం కావాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని కోరారు. అయితే ఇందుకు కోర్టు నిరాకరించింది. తాము ఎవరికీ సమయం ఇవ్వాలనుకోవడం లేదని... ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ శనివారమే బలపరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని తేల్చిచెప్పింది.

Governor still has the authority...but Supreme Court May take previous similar cases and advice the governor for a quicker floor test..!

This is not a confirmed thing right...

Governor has to nominate a pro-tem speaker under which this floor test will happen...He could usually be senior most member of the house.

Initial session would be presided by the governor himself, after oath taking, usually he would nominate pro-term speaker....or at the same, the other floor leaders may demand for full time speaker just before the floor test...

Regular speaker elect avvakamundu house prescide cheyyatanike pro-tem speaker...Governor entuku vastadu house preside cheyataaniki, he will have to convene the house and should direct pro-tem speaker to hold the floor test.
