It's tough to specify a number because there are lot of factors coming in-between. 10 years is an exaggeration.

Only EB3 uncles has wife + kids but after 2008 majority of Masters students married here and have  US born kids but still those Eb3 uncles take up lot of numbers. They ported from EB3 to EB2 which has caused even more congestion i guess
