File new LCA with house address, that's enough. But most people suggest you to amend. It's case by case basis. If you are willing to take risk of having your application process and risk the result then amend.

as per rule even if you work for a single day from a location not within the 50 miles of LCA , you should file amendment.

Following this is upto you.

Brother where you guys come with this advises??%$#$ See below from USCIS website, give me any other link if you have.

https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-draft-guidance-when-file-amended-h-1b-petition-after-simeio-solutions-decision

Short term placements: Under certain circumstances, you may place an H-1B employee at a new job location for up to 30 days, and in some cases 60 days (where the employee is still based at the original location), without obtaining a new LCA. See 20 CFR 655.735. In these situations, you do not need to file an amended H-1B petition.

So my suggestion is travel once in a month to your work location would be fine.

If your address in Location A will be still valid during this 4months and if you are not changing your address anywhere like (pay stubs, usps forward) or not signing up for utilities or anything in the new address, you should be fine. Calm ga velli work chesuko.
