unfortunately you will find lot of them in both tournaments and cash games and they will catch-up once in a while.. and as a matter of fact he still had 30% chance of catching up straight

They might catch up ani scared bets pushing allin isn't right play. When you have value and dry board there is no point in pushing Allin. If you play that way you only get called with a monster, else they fold. That play isn't good and you end up losing big time in long. People chase but on easy boards you have to get lot value when holding monster. Yes people have equity and catch up some time that doesn't mean you have to push Allin, as I said you only get called when you are beat in those spots and that's bad for player.
