@Nellore_peddareddi question abba.... what is a good time to fold AK you flop an A and if somebody shoves on you with 2k effective should we fold our single pair. When should we fold our top pair..

one hand scenario, online tournament....

blinds are 100/200 i have 7k stack

UTG+1 raises to 500 i have AsJs and i called everyone folded...flop comes 2s3sKH, he bet 700 and i called....Turn 4C he check i check....River 5C, i missed flush but i made wheel, now he goes all in, i think we are chopping and called but he won with pocket 6 as high straight....

bad luck ...its difficult to fold but u must have given a thought as u dont have the nuts.....

Battu you have 35 BB’s and you have AJ suited you can raise here pre flop(I would) or flat call is also fine sometime but at least with that flop you should have check raised him and took the lead...

i am not that aggressive to 3-bet with AJs with almost 5-6 people left to act...and in flop i thought i am ahead thats why i didn't re raised and went for smooth call..

If you get seated before the tournament starts and they will pick random draws and give the selected ones their buyin amount back... selected ones are pretty much free rolling the tournament.

You can easily jam on flop as a semi bluff ... you have fold equity and even if he calls you have lot of outs.

Usually buyin back istharu but better to check with casino on this.
