vja bandar road lo 2lk per sq yard vundhi....alantidhi next development antha amaravathi lo ne...so ippudu 15k peditey not bad

5-10 years lo it will be around 50k for sure. chala buildings and big roads padutunnayi..

just govt employees chala mandhi vunnaru....so valla kosam shopping avi ivi vasthayi

also SRM and VIT colleges vacchayi...2-3 years lo perigipovu

also next tdp vastey akkada demand baga perugutundhi....lekapotey it will slow down but still eventually perugutundhi

Tadepalli and Kunchanapalli are the best place to invest in and around Vjw if you can pin down a right deal...its jst 3 kms away from city..15mins to capital...adjacent to NH16...any major place to 30 mins max
