Naaku telisina builder 2 cr petti konnadu ....Nandugama daggara....eado oka bridge kadathaaru Amaravathi ki ani......now that is gone for another 20 years......

Amaravathi is a bubble...inkoka 20 years pattuddi....a graphics ravadaniki.......

Amaravati lo ... 1 crore ki land yee oori lo vundhi??

NRI’s wait - rates will come back to normal antunnavu ???

Vijaywada lo rates before amarvathj and after only 10% difference vunnai amaravthi lo chala difference vachai earlier annj fsrm lands kabati so i dont think vijayawada any time soon padathai ani even during recession land rates perigai
