Nanu last month aa konna VELAGAPUDI lo gajam 30k price ki close to core capital area. Political uncertainity valla prices drop ayyayi, mostly 3-4 months lo rock bottom prices ki ravochu. Once constructions start ayyitha inka konna prices lo vundavu
