hmm....the best thing to do is...take a shuttle to rental car facility...rent a car...drive around the city...in two hours, you can drive around few major places...keep an eye on the traffic but this weekend, there isint too much traffic so it should be fine...

as you said you have 4 hours, 2 hours is the max you can afford to go out and explore..
