Pawan ni Babu target cheste multiple uses:

 

1) Decrease the significance of Jagan as he wont get any media coverage

2) if Pawan gets an equal share of anti-incumbency as YCP, it will help TDP as votes split between Pawan and Jagan 

3) Pawan will raise multiple issues and genuine issues can be addressed as they were raised. I think this is the mere reason why PK waited for 4 years 

 

this is the reason why Jagan tries to blame CBN but not raise issues. Because they will be addressed and the credit goes to TDP.
