Discover : i had 6k balance on the card and said harship and won;t be able to payback soon ante interest period freeze chesindu for 1 year and what ever the payments I make, will get 5% cashback...ante 0% APR mida $300 cashback payments I make...

till date i  did not apply for discover or amex 

have credit limit of 10k 

in past i have 2 creditr checks last year 

and one this year when i went ot buy a car  never purchased 

credit historylenght 3 years 

 can i expect a 15-20k in amex 

?
