caffeine  cut cheyi....  padukunne 1 hour mundhu don't look at any electronic device screen....AC adjust chesko ,make sure your  bed room is bit cool ...trying reading some book before bed.... edhi workout avvaka pothe try sleep aid like melatonin for few days to get used to the cycle and then you cut it
