Actually sleep is waste of time. I read somewhere, when you sleep it is nothing but you are in dead state. If you feel comfortable after 5 hours of sleep then you are good. Sometimes, I sleep 8 or 9 or 12 hours. Working on to sleep less. And also my sleep depends on the food that I eat for dinner. If I eat more then I need 10 to 12 hours of sleep. Working on to eat less for dinner and be comfortable for 5 hours of sleep.
