Bhanoor lahari resorts area lo plot konacha? 10k-13k sq yrd chepthunnaru. Investment wise worth or not for 2-3 yrs?

or guntur RTO ofc side 14-16k sq yrd tho tesukodam better a?

then its better to take near RTO ofc man...akadnunchi inner ring road 3rd phase extent avtadi and JKC road 100 feet chestunnadu...so appreciate avtadi pakka
