Why don't you think it's his game plan to make people sick and lose their patience. And last point number three isn't about personal. Disco is about it and the reason behind dogs barking is him which Tanish  can't even accept.

Why should he request. He is concerned that she lost her captaincy because of other lazy and dumbass people in home. But at the first place all housemates are against him (if you say some nonsense reason upto you), so as a fair contestant he asked if that's possible he can do a good job as captain which others suck anyway.
