Per country cap will go no where . This is a diversionary tactic . Eradicating eb1c abuse is the only away to move the queue.

this is house bill and even if it passes the house, wont pass senate

3 months back there were 4 senate bills, all got trashed

dont have hopes on these bill, have seen for 12 yrs that nothing will happen good for legals

the only changes if ever going to come are going to tighten the rule even further
